New version v1.3.20 for DMP-A6/DMP-A8 release

I updated my A-8 to 1.3.23, the problem with the volume remained, if you switch the output of the usb to the rca, the volume does not work well. Why can't Eversolo fix it?

 

The streaming applications have been fixed and improved

 

The volume does not work well only when switching from usb to rca. When I lowered it to 1.2.98, there is no such problem, the volume works correctly. Can someone else check it on their players?

 

I have a weird issue with my new DMP A8. It is on version 1.2.80 and when checking for a new version it says no version available.
Internet connection wired, streaming with tidal works ok.
Any ideas?

"Up until yesterday after booting i got the update/cancel screen. Didn't update. The update screen is disappeared, my firmware is still v1.2.98. The menu: settings update online: "checking, your software is up to date". I know via USB, but i never had to. Always got the update/cancel screen. Wouldn't it be safer to wait until an official release via the boot/update screen?

 

I install any beta firmware coming out, they always safe if you install it correctly.

 

1.3.23 is proposed for me this morning, as official update.
All the problems on sound control have been corrected.
There is still a problem on lack of sound sometimes when changing track.

 

How do I get Apple Music to display in full screen as on @mirror post? I still have it on the right third of the screen

 

Apple Music is now also available under ‘Streaming’ as an integrated service.

I updated the firmware & now I can browse my external SSD (4 TB & exFAT formatted) again using the Files menu on the left in the app. But it still isn't as fast as it was prior to the v1.3.20 firmware. Previously it was very fast & zippy when I browsed through the folders in my external SSD. Another thing is the display of currently playing song sometimes doesn't work (it has always been this way since I got my DMP-A6 in July 2023). Sometimes it's still stuck displaying the previous song I played.

 

My DMP-A6 running v.1.3.20 does not offer the possibility to update; it says that the firmware is updated.

Is there additional action to do apart launching the update app and tap on on-line update to make system checking for the newer version?

Well my 1.3.20 update causes Tidal and Qobuz to stop in the middle of songs. Doesn't do it on Apple App. Anybody figure it out?

 

Well, the v1.3.30 firmware is out now. I haven't updwted mine yet though.

 

I was just offered it. Does it address the problems with the most recent update? Tidal and Quboz stops playing in the middle of a song.

 

Finally updated my A6 firmware to v1.3.30. It seems to partially fix some of the issues I had. Browsing my external SSD & HDD through Files in the app is slightly faster. But I'm not sure if it is as peppy/fast as it was before these 1.3 updates. I have more success with song information loading/being displayed too. Still lagging or freezing sometimes but better than it used to be.

I'm sorry I can't exactly answer your particular question because I don't use Tidal & Qobus. Majority of my listening is from local files. Spotify Connect works just fine when I used it for about an hour last night though.
