A Firmware Roll-Back feature has been added to AMLogic firmware from v1.3.30 onwards.

Normal OTA updates will still use differential files but you can now roll back to specific images and then differentially update from there if you wish.

These images are available below as full firmware images and can also be used to update to later firmware if you've already rolled back to an earlier one.
There seemed little point going back before v1.2.22 so strategic points have been chosen at v1.2.22,...

Hello all,
Received my T10 yesterday, set up the basics, played about 6-7 hrs of music through Qobuz connect, no problems detected at all.
Today I decided to try out the Evotune Pro, started the sequence with iPhone as mic, no test sound from left speaker, but right sound was clearly present.
I quickly checked online to see if there were any issues reported, but could not find anything.
Checked all my connections fro T10 to my Goldnote Evo DS-10 DAC, all good.

Hello

Local playback was added with firmware 2.0.0.1.
Currently, only MP3 and WAV files up to 48 kHz are supported.

It would be great if FLAC files up to 24-bit / 192 kHz were also supported.
(Of course, CUE/FLAC support would be even better.)

I’m planning to get a Luxsin X9 (or B9, or BD9/BH9, if it’s released).
I’m guessing the local file support on those will be similar to the X9, right?

I’d love to see a DAC Loop mode on the DMP-A8 Gen 2, allowing us to use an external DAC while keeping the Eversolo’s analog preamp and volume control.

The idea would be to send audio to an external DAC through a digital output, then feed its analog output back into the A8’s RCA or XLR inputs. The A8 would keep the original source playing while using that analog return for its preamp output.

But I discovered that the app in my DMP-A6 still plays that (for me) unwanted music.

I have an original Eversolo DMP-A6 running firmware 1.6.15 and the current version of the Eversolo Control app. I use Spotify Connect from my Android phone to control the DMP-A6.
I'm trying to find the “Normalize Volume” setting that Eversolo added for Spotify Connect. Eversolo's official announcement for firmware v1.5.75 specifically states:

“Spotify Connect also gains optional volume normalization”...

I’m attempting to setup a Z30 Pro 8k in a home theater with no internet connectivity (intentionally).

Current setup is PC, NAS and Zidoo on a standalone ethernet network. I rip movies on the PC, store on the NAS, and playback on the Zidoo. I was able to setup both the NAS and Zidoo without internet and playback from NAS to Zidoo works.

However, with this offline setup, I cannot get the poster wall to work.

Any suggestions to get the poster wall to function correctly without internet...

This action is not foreseen by the Eversolo policy for unknown reasons to me. Using FW of many other Android based media players doing so hardly ever created problems as a negative side-effect. One can always next do a factory reset on the downgraded FW.

Fortunately @Remik shared us an Android developers method to bypass this limitation. All thanks' go to him

A question regarding the USB connection between my T10 and my DAC

When I connect with USB -> in general everything is working fine
When I do play FLAC files from NAS -> it is perfect

When I do play internet radio, there are light taps on different moments, while there is no change in sample rate. Sometimes there is even a "strange, piercing sound"

When I connect the T10 over I2S to my DAC, there is no problem.

What is going on or wrong and how could I solve this. It is quite anoying that...

The device stripped Android OS version does not support the "Google Play Services nor Google Play Store".
These neither can be installed manually.

This OS uses APP' versions for Smart-Phones as it primarily uses touch control and not the Remote Control (+Voice Commands) like common for Android TV based APP versions.
Using an Android Tablet or an Apple iPAD as the new remote is highly recommended.
