New firmware v2.0.5 version(beta) for ZIDOO X9S release

Where is the 2.0.13 Firmware Update?

 

Everyone has stutter, since even my new x10 with v1.4.16 has the exact same stutter/frame drop issues. Whether they see the stutter or not is a different question, since not everyone will notice, but both the x9s and x10 have the exact same stutter/frame drop issues.

I GET ZERO stutter/Banding issues
even the poll showed 40 percent or so didnt have ANY issues with it,last time i looked

nothing wrong with my eyes,and near 20 yrs with nz telecom as a software/hardware tester,means i have a couple clues when it comes to testing

Give me a break... we have proven and repeatable results on multiple players and displays.

No offense, but unless Zidoo has given you a custom FW... You have stutter/banding issues.

This is ridiculous at this point.

... and Zidoo is laughing all the way to the bank!

i have gone to extent of even DL one of the banding files supplied on one of the posts,and after 10 or so tests at ALL the listed settings ,i STILL HAD Zero issues as OTHERS also stated

just because a few of you have issues,it DOES NOT mean all of us do ,as many others have stated also

 

It's gone somehow after being post for a day.

 

Again. While this was added by a beta tester, it doesn't look like a custom made firmware.

 

If he does not see it or experience it he has a right to say regardless .

Many see things that some dont
1 To professionaly test a set up you need your screen professionaly set up and callibrated no 1
2 A file tested and stored via ssd or usb in high bit rate
3 As streaming stuff from a server will bring in all sorts of delays issues etc ......

4 The X9s and the X10 are the same motherboard as such
5 There are diff motherboard versions out !
6 Hdmi handshake issues ,drop outs , Audio issues also
7 LG screens are known for banding issues
8 not all screens will show some issues
9 some Plasma may not show stuttering as much as lcd do
10 some only play 1080p material so dont experience this fault
11 4K usage may show it more so ?
12 and we all see diff

Hence why some see some dont .

still error on ZUIU, still error playing MTS files from personal sony 3d camcorder and panasonic lumix 4k files as I reported here:

But be great if they had a choice of views for the home screen id say .

Better look, yes and i like it, just between us, it's all a matter of taste!

as you can see, the opacity of the tiles is not 100% and if you install a colorful wallpaper, you will have a main page full of color.

of course there are people who will never be happy.

I do not care about the aspect as long as the technical features work well

I prefer gapless instead of appearance
I prefer continuous MTS 3D files instead of appearance
I prefer search function on zidoo music player instead of appearance
I prefer search function on zidoo media center instead of appearance
I prefer manual picture function (folder.jpg) on zidoo Home Theatre 2.0 instead of appearance
I prefer HDMI_IN streaming works well instead of appearance

Each person wants something because he needs it and is not able to do with what Zidoo offers

in this case it is better to change the device
