I'm using Emby as DLNA server, and Symfonium as player/caster to the DMP-A6, and I can't fast forward / rewind with the controls, it works if I cast DLNA directly to my reciever with the same apps.
In Romania, I received the update... but I have a small problem. From what I read... in the description of this update... there would be a setting for the spectrum, but I can't find it, and a solution to the spectrum problems... But I can't find it anywhere... In addition, in the settings, when I activated the VOLUME PASTROUGH option, the sound was louder, even if the volume was set to 0 decibels. I have xlr\rca set as output
Probably it was at a lower level BEFORE, and now it is correct. You cannot have it louder than 0dB, but you can have it lower (by mistake) for sure...
What "it's not"? The sound now is at any level it might be. You set it at 0dB, right? As I said, if you experience it being louder NOW, it might mean that it was LOWER BEFORE, while now it is correct. As I said, you cannot have a digital signal louder than 0dB, by definition.
when the volume pastrough was disabled, I set the volume to 0 decibels, but when I activated it, it sounded louder
The volume level, 0dB or whatever, is valid ONLY if the volume pass-through is activated; it has no effect if it is OFF, so the behavior is correct. 0dB being the loudest you can ever get.
