RTD1619DR with that VS10 engine and will increase the price a bit but would expect it not to be extravagant.

But 32 GByte Flash is cheaper that 16 GByte Flash 3 years ago!

Should be cheaper than the Expensive new Dune Clone ;)
The Z10 silver finish has worn on me and now going back to the old look as such :(
I wonder if the Display has been upgraded to add more inf ie Dolby Vision (vs10 ) , Hdr10+ , etc

Yes hopefully not as expensive as the Dune HD Pro 4K II which is £280/€316/$369 on futeko.com.

The Z10 Pro should cost the same,or slightly more.
The Z model will be pricier.

    The three new models are

    Z10 Pro
    Z1000 Pro
    Z9X

So you reckon the Z10 Pro may cost about the same as the new Dune. What about the Z9X and Z1000 Pro?

I don't have any inside information, but the Z9x should be cheaper than Dune Pro 4K II.
The Z1000 will most likely hit the 400€ territory.

I'm hoping to see a £200 max price on the Z9X.

It will be a nasty surprise in case it is pricier than that.

We will know very soon as Zidoo seems to be ready for first shipments. ;)
They are all on https://www.zidoo.de/ now with the prices and availability just to be filled in.

They changed habits as the Home Pages were now updated even before the announcement of availability and prices.

It'll be a little while yet...

with the Dune out and soon the new z series it will be very interesting times which comes out on top so to speak
With numerous testing and comparing the same chipset so to speak with the pros and cons of each device / software etc.

There is even a new Egreat A15 out (top HiFi model) . The HW looks impressive enough but how the FW support will go???
Thus far the Dune for me only beats Zidoo on 2 points: FW stability and BD Menu processing. I hope these have been addressed?

Is there a reason why the Dune does not flout it does not support VS10 support even though Realtek is adopter of it amongst HiSilicon, Mediatek, Mstar .

Dune is using RTD1619DD instead of the RTD1619DR SOC used byZidoo

Correct ! keep forgetting the DR Spec

that alone maybe the game changer but will have to wait and see if the apk updates break the support so to speak .
    [ Netflix 4K 5.1 ..........]

Netflix 4K 5.1 sound should be there to stay I understand but the Netflix player with DV is still wait and see. I am more curious about other streaming services.

I think Zidoo is actually shipping stock to dealers before announcing their prices. Interesting approach. So availability could be a lot quicker than expected by most. :)
