Without the X9X out for testing with Vp9 v2/3 etc

will the X9X play back you tube in 4K with a modded apk version or Dunes version if .........?
And Netflix even if only 1080p with some hack mod .

or just treat this new chipset as media playback only with .....

 

Dune has implemented Android TV9 with RTD1619 (confirmed) so I expect Zidoo Z9X to come with it too. Netflix APP for Android TV will work just fine then.

Android TV is a lot nicer and offers better APP compatibility above all with streaming services.

 

Yes Zidoo have been running with Mobil Android for a while now so this will tick another few more boxes
Roll on X10X now .

 

Z9X support Netflix 4K HDR DD5.1(TV version), YouTube TV version 4K, Even in the near future, It is possible to support Netflix 4K Dolby vision.
But unlike the competitors, we don't advertise that. And no one can guarantee how long it will last.
You know why.

The only real big questions are now indeed is the "When?" and the "Price?"
Maybe together with Z1000 PRO which also already popped up with details. Comes with 32GB flash and I hope also with the better V8 BT Remote Control.

Maybe some will prefer waiting for this baby instead. Don't think it will take long.
Do expect also soon the Z10X and the UHD2000 PRO equivalents.

 

Thanks @mirror . Will apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Apple TV+ support both 4K HDR (HDR10, HR10+ and DV) and Atmos audio?

I would expect the Z1000 Pro to arrive with 4GB of RAM, not just 2...
I really like their new user interface though...

Interesting that the new Dune HD Pro 4K II has launched carrying over most of the issues still plaguing the current Pro. I'm hoping that Zidoo improve full blu ray menu support. Still too many discs that won't play.

Z10 Pro with 4gb of RAM and the Z1000 Pro with 2?
It would be weird..

 

As in the z10 Pro is getting 32gb more than the Z9X
Seems like the Z10Pro has gone back to the old x10 case look .

 

So as far as I can see the new boxes and their reported RAM and internal storage is as below:

Z10 Pro

Z1000 Pro
RAM 2GB DDR4
Internal Storage 32GB eMMC

Z9X
RAM 2GB DDR4

Hurry up and release them!

 

The Z1000 PRO at last also comes with the better V8 BT remote control now.

More Flash is a lot more useful than more RAM. Keep in mind they run at 32-bit and 4 GB RAM can't even be used fully.

I expect the UHD2000 update to come after the Zidoo X introduction.
I hope they copy a few things from the recent Egreat A15 for that uplift (improved noise and heat handling).
