Just updated to this new firmware on UHD3000 but I don't see any major thing changed.
Poster wall seems the same except some icons about movie specs.
Trailers are not working.

Anyways, I own LG OLED 55C9PLA and signal is going from Ziddo, through DENOON AVR receiver and then to TV. What is anoying is that when I click play movie or series , I have blank screen (TV show No signal) for like 5-10 second , so I have to revert back when video comes. Anything I can do with resolution setting on Zidoo to fix this so video is played right away, without this No signal thing for 5-10 sec. ?

And one more thing, frequently was/is happening when I pause movie and play again, it stutters sometimes. So I need to hit stop and start movie again. Not sure is this is maybe fixed now ?

 

The latest firmware 6.7.88 on the Neo S makes poster wall crush every second. It is not usable anymore. Any advice?

 

about blank screen, if you dont like it you can turn off the "Automatic Frame Rate" in Playback settings or if you know what frame rate do you watch, you can lock your resolution&frame rate in Display settings

 

just downgrade the firmware to you think that the best firmware you ever used

dont hope they gonna fix or create a new firmware anymore coz it ancient now for this devices

 

The fact that this is probably the final firmware and we still have issues like this is unacceptable. They could at least go through and clean up all their silly mistakes before calling it quits.

 

We wrote about this problem a long time ago. no one will do anything - forget it. New firmware for our models will be released at best when there are new models and we need to show visibility of activity. Before the release of new models, zidoo always tries to show the work by releasing firmware for old models.
Of course, they could at least update akp HT for us.

Not sure of this is the right place but whenever I play a dolby vision movie it plays only in 8bit not 10 or 12 bit. I have an AWOL LTV3500 UST projector that is dolby vision capable. Maybe my settings are not right on my z1000 pro.

 

HDMI Tunneling - the 12-bit Dolby signal is carried in an 8-bit RGB stream in TV Led Dolby Vision.

 

So does that mean it will never display either the 10bit or 12bit signal on the upper left of the screen?
