Sorry, that my first post is with bad news ... by using the eversolo BTR-12 switching the system on, or usage short after boot the system freezes, only the hardware power switch helps. Later usage of the remote does not harm the system. Don't know if it works with earlier versions, because at first installation 3 days ago, I got the v1.2.30.
If nothing works, you might just want to contact service@zidoo.tv If you can find the mac address, you should give them that info. Maybe they can do something remotely…

Cam someone please advise Eversolo since the last firware the ap seems to crash on Android tablets . Very annoying!!!
Ye. Same prob on my Samsung tab. Only when opening the app in landscape. Works fine if you open in portrait and then switch to landscape. I'm sure the next update will correct this behaviour.
You're right, it's been happening since the last update, and it mainly does it on newer Samsungs and Folds. Please fix it asap and don't make us suffer. Thx.
Bad news, in my case, not the app on the iPAD crashes, no the DMP-A6 freezes, no use of the BTR-12 is needed. It seems to get worse ... only the power switch helps.
Perhaps this just isn’t your thing. If you think Eversolo is this rubbish and you blather on about legal nonsense clearly you don’t have any experience with other similar products. The frequency of updates and fixes from Eversolo is impressive. Some people just love to whine constantly I guess
my dmp a6 ME has never had a problem, not even a crash, I leave it on even for days, using an iPad, the only thing I'm waiting for is the direct connection with the qobuz app, then for me we can finish it there, but I understand that many they have other needs, in fact the search on large libraries is a bit lacking, but I don't care much.
With my system freeze issue ... it seems, that the system is a little bit fragile after the boot. Leave it alone for 5 minutes, then you can use the app and remote without any freeze.

Meaning: although I even took an image from a working folder and saved the copy there, some folders refuse to accept it. And one thing that had to be fixed is - the update scan of a media folder. It is exactly the same ( amount of time ) for an update as for a rescan.

Hi - I’ve no idea if this relates to your issue, but see post #90 on the Alpha Version v1.2.37 thread. I was struggling as well going through file manager, but using the route mirror recommended worked instantly from the unopened zip file on a USB stick via the update ap. Merry Christmas & good luck!

Spotify lossless will never happen. Why would you cripple the sound quality using compressed Spotify? Instead, use a lossless streaming source such as Apple Music (which has lossless and hi-res lossless).
