Hi I have downloaded and upgraded my x6 pro with the new firmware, but when I click on ZDMC it still lances KODi 15.2 version . can you tell me why? I also tried to install the ZDMC 16.0 apk as stand alone, but it will start and then will stop saying cannot be installed. Lastly how can I regain access to all the Passthrough features under the audio output ? i had before Dolby Digital (AC3) capable receiver. Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC3) capable receiver. DTS capable receiver. TrueHD capable receiver. DTS-HD capable receiver. Now I only See Dolby Digital (AC3) capable receiver. Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC3) capable receiver. DTS capable receiver. and I miss the truehd and DTS HD. thanks
Grummel2005 not sure . my zidoo did an update and i guess installed the kodi from Google play. How can i reset to the preinstalled vers
you have to delete this google play kodi and install zdmc from zidoo again i do not know whether the last one is available as a standalone download, but you can take it out of the last firmware @spring you see the problems what you will have again and again and again???
@Lui please download the last firmware ZIDOO_X6_Pro_v1.0.34_ota.zip an dezip it. then go to folder system and the into preinstall and take kodi.apk and install it but before you have to deinstall the now installed kodi from google play then everything is okai

no root needed not the system folder of the device dezip the firmware file and then you will see what i mean - if problem tell me
maybe we should go step by step: do you loaded this file: ZIDOO_X6_Pro_v1.0.34_20160317_ota.zip from here http://forum.zidoo.tv/index.php?threads/new-firmware-v1-0-34-for-zidoo-x6-release.1313/ ??? and then unzip it, so you can go into the folder and see all the folders and files
Yes installed the new firmware but it did not change ZMDC. Let me see the zip file AHHH i saw what you mean.. I understand now. thanks man you are good
I would just like to say that I've had my X6 Pro (v1.0.33) about a week now and couldn't be happier with it, everything works perfectly, I almost didn't buy one after reading this forum, But there is more positive than negative, glad I spent the money, might even buy another one for the bedroom.

Remaining bugs: - Audio out of sync in Kodi - Google Calendar, Settings -> Calendar FC - Guest user/Secondary user in Android -> Launcher keeps force closing, other zidoo apps, similar. All ok only on owner's account. Guest account unusable
Hello Team Zidoo, Thank you for the firmware update. Unfortunately I can not test for a while. I am currently overseas and do not return home for another 2 weeks. Glad to read that you have addressed the issue with Logitech K400r keyboard and mouse-pointer, as well as other things. When I get home, I will test the latest revision and report back. I and all the other holders of remote controls Logitech, we continue to have problems with the shutdown dialog. You can not restore everything as it was in firmware version 1.0.30? set the choice in the setting menu ..... thanks
