Yup, changed settings manually 2160@24, unplug and plug, the first thing I tried. Still black screen.
In my case, after I changed the main resolution to 1080p/60 and left auto-resolution and refresh-rate to automatic (with 10bit 4:4:4) seemed to have resolved the black screen problem for a couple days. Unfortunately after some days it started back again. It's very intriguing how erratic this problem manifests itself...
I've receive am email also. Their support is great! Anyway I'll keep my X10 for a while until they solve this annoying Z10's issue. My Z10 is still in the 30 days trial period and I'm not sure they will solve this in the next 3 weeks. I really don't want to keep my Z10 in a shelve until the problem is solved.

Lets hope they actually do fix the black screen issue with 4k 10bit in the next firmware. Pressure is on Zidoo to deliver this, as we know this is a MAJOR problem with the device that needs fixing.
I haven't installed it yet, just doing some errands, will be another couple of hours before I get some free time to install and test. Will report back later this evening.
Hello Just flash it, i put everything back in "auto" (was in 4k60Htz 4:2:0 where there is no black screen) and no change at all for my 4k 10bit 4:4:4 709 or bt2020(hdr), unable to watch, every 30s for 709 et every 5s for HDR Very disapointed ! zidoo Z9s --> yamaha rx-v485 --> epson EH-TW9400 projector
Installed latest beta on my Z10. Settings, HDMI Auto, Auto Frame rate and Resolution switiching, 10bit, 444. I played a film (Only The Brave 2017) in 4K UHD HDR Atmos Remux (10bit 420) The film played for 15mins without a blank screen and then the player crashed. The film paused on the screen and player became unresponsive to all remote commands, I had to switch it off at the mains. Not happy. I am busy now, will try and and watch a different movie later tonight to see what happens...will report back
