Beta version v6.4.35 for Z9X/Z10 Pro/Z1000 Pro/UHD3000 release

I've not observed this on my 3000. With MKV or MP4 files, I strip out all tracks that I don't want or need. So a sort of 'Gordian Knot' approach.

 

What format are your files? MKV's ISO's? MP4s... etc. Any common denominator with regards to the audio codec or video codecs involved? DTS, Dolby, AAC, etc. Are you talking about legit rips that you made or downloaded? Other than that, anytime the Zidoo is doing something that just can't be explained due to a bad file or files, then it's time for a Factory Reset and make sure you are on the latest firmware. It's amazing how many times weird things are solved that way.

 

Also, it is time to update to the latest firmware v6.4.42 to ensure any "issues" being experienced are still valid.....
It is available via OTA if Beta is ticked in Settings.

BTW I've never experienced the audio cut-out at the end of a movie (or TV episode), either....
