Z9x: Netflix was working, now error 1044

Hello, netflix was working on my device but yesterday i got this error:
"This title is not available 1044"

On my other devices Netflix is working perfect.

Gets me crazy!

Did this actions:

Remove all data in settings

Factory default in settings

Update to v6.0.90_G

Downgrade to Factory firmwarev6.0.22

Try all the firmware versions between .22 and .90

Dhcp on auto settings

dhcp off and manual settings

Network off and wifi on

Connect to my phone with a wifi hotspot so i test a other network than my home network

Still not working!

Help please!

 

Seems more like Netflix issue than Z9X. Did you try the same title on other devices?

Try unplug the power cable for 3 minutes.

 

Yes, on my laptop, on my pc and on my telephone Netflix is working !?

 

is there a possibility that Netflix blocked this device on Mac address or something?

 

I just called Netflix and they told me they see a nvidia shield trying to login, and told me this hardware is not a certified Netflix device! And not allowed to play Netflix.

Is this possible?

 

Yes it is...
Zidoo it’s NOT certified device and the app it is hacked.
Although I haven’t check it I don’t use it as I have shield tube for streaming

 

But the strange thing is that it was working till yesterday.....

 

I have a same proglem. Netflix from last night does not play video. The other on Netflix works normally.

 

What do you mean by Last night is not working and the rest is working?

 

NETFLIX app works, only movie playback doesn't work.

Hello, same problem here with Z10 pro firmware 6.0.90G. Nothing play with netflix app error 1044 - this box make me crazy !

 

Not only with 6.0.90G, I try all the firmware en nothing works anymore.... Not even .22

I send already a email to zidoo technical support with the problems, let's hope that they have a good solution.

I think there was a change bij Netflix yesterday, and from that time point the software from zidoo (cracked netflix app) is not accepted anymore.

 

I tried factory reset. The app Netflix disappeared after a factory reset from Zidoo.
I tried flashback to 6.0.22 but Netflix app is still missing
On every FW is Netflix missing.

 

That's strange, i remove Netflix by hand after that I did a factory reset... And after that back to 0.22.. and the Netflix app was there again but I first needed to download it again from the link in the startup screen on the bottom.

 

I havent Netflix link on homescreen... On any FW.
I think Zidoo knows about Netflix issues and Zidoo has disabled the netflix link on the home screen.

 

Good to hear, that means that the hardware supplier is working on it...

 

Come fellas, it’s a hack app and Zidoo don't quarantee that it will play forever.
Zidoo is NOT certified device for Netflix.
What do you expect some of you????

Just buy a shield tube or xiaomi mi box.

The quality on the z9x from netflix was the best and most sharp picture i ever see... also better than my Panasonic blu ray player Netflix app...... That's why I want it to work.....
