v1.1.60 Beta version for Z9X 8K/Z30 PRO/Z3000 PRO/UHD8000

  1. I heard VC-1 remux had issues. Has this issue be addressed yet and does it play without issue?

    1.1.60 seems to have fixed the issues I was having with my VC-1 remuxes

    All AI features were off, and I have resolved that issue. I noticed that my DV settings impact both HDR and SDR. It was previously set to TV-led, and I had problems with HDR as well. Now, I’ve set DV to forced metadata, and both HDR and SDR playback are working as they should (like my UHD player ) It’s a bit strange.

    Well....I'm coming back after the settings made on my Synology yesterday.......the result is much better, the responsiveness is rather good, there is still a little latency, but at least the covers no longer disappear and when a film/series stops we stay on the cover!!!!!!!
    SO I went to "shared folder", then "permissions" and then to "local groups" and I authorized "read/write" in your name "admi/http/users"........ So for those who have this problem they can try!!

    Are the devs working on fixing the DV bypass modes to remove the stuttering right now?

    yes I confirm that this desynchronization is also seen on simple dts.
    For me, all the formats are not synchronized correctly, only Dolby Digital is almost perfect, everything else is bad, I hope they will finally resolve this problem which has been going on since the release of these new players...
    the basis of a reader in fact, those can't even read a film correctly at the right pace, it's still crazy

    I confirm that there is a big synchronization problem with dts and dts hd, around 150 ms

    zidoo / avr / tv
    out of sync tracks dts / dts hd
    dolby digital is not perfect

    Would be great to see some more posts trying to debug/provide meaning info/help others, rather than "it's not working cus......."

    But, hey, that's just me :)

    So this is what has occurred previously until I reset the player with "clear system app data" several weeks ago. It has been fine since then. Now it has started happening again.

    While looking at the Media Center listings, the unit reboots on its own. It will continue to do this every few minutes unless I play a file, then it is ok during the file play. I have 3 self powered usb drives and 3 network drives attached via smb. The drives seem to be fine. Seems to occur only after I have filled the Poster Wall with the contents of the drives.

    Gut feeling - something to do with the USB drives - try unplugging and leave disconnected to try and find the source of the problem. Then plug back one at a time etc...

    Last night I left the Zidoo unplugged over night. So far it has not re occurred. If it does, will try the unpluging usb one at a time. Thanks.

    I only have access to the Dolby Vision "LLDV" setting, but there is no "LED TV" setting. What's the problem?
