Does anyone else get the poster wall crashing and having to reload which takes about twenty seconds?

On the basis that a negative is as useful as a positive, no, never.

Two issue I have that I hope you can report to the devs - I think a few other people also have these.

    1) Lossy audio disappearing either on play, after pause or after jump forward or back. Audio can be brought back by pause and then play.
    2) I have SDR content output to DV and have Vs10 on for SDR. Sometimes when I play a SDR video the picture goes black and sound cuts out for about 2 secs. On return the TV's Dolby Vision logo appears as if just switching to that mode. This will repeat every minute or so. To fix I need to stop and restart. After that OK for entire video.

My experience with these two issues:
    1) Yes. Audio missing: Exactly the same and believe it was already reported.
    2) No. I can't reproduce it. I've got same setting VS10-DV for SRD content (and almost same LG TV and Denon AVC) but no black screen at the moment.

I believe some HDR and SDR displays are showing incorrect colors. All SDR videos have unusual colors, whether VS10 is enabled or not, and the image appears overly sharp. I don’t experience any lip-sync issues with DTS:X or DTS-HD sound, but I have noticed that in DTS:X, the dialogue is very quiet, while the music and other sound effects are fine.

Yep! Repeatedly. And have posted on it repeatedly. But beware of saying anything on this forum as people will blame you for it or suggest it's not an issue because they're not seeing it. Or, and I love this one, suggest that you should've done more research before buying your unit to have known about this issue beforehand.

Without wanting to enter into the debate of certain..........I too have already talked about it several times and for my part I have done research, why it crashes regularly: already often the list of disks hard disk disappears for around 20/30 seconds and comes back by magic......I hear my NAS waking up and everything is going well. On the other hand, after a while or at the end of an episode, the return is often not on the file, but on the general menu.......I go to my list of hard drives and they have disappeared, 20/30 seconds later they come back......and several times a day!!!!!!
Not bad but annoying, if the programmers could do something, I would be very grateful.

If the Source becomes unavailable for any reason then that source is removed from HT, but the data remains in the database, so if the Source is reinstated, it instantly returns to HT.

So for example, if you have a USB drive as a source and you unplug it, the source will remain in HT but the posters will disappear and you'll see in the list of sources that it's "Invalid". If you then plug it back in, the source becomes available and the posters return to HT.

If this is happening to a network resource then it simply means that that resource, at that point, is unavailable to the box which is most probably a local network issue.

Some NAS drives sleep when not in use and usually this isn't a problem because although the drive is asleep, the resource is still available on the LAN, but if this is handled badly by the NAS then I could see issues arising.

Bottom line is, if the Source is available to the box, it will not disappear from HT.

One way to fix this is to allow offline Sources and this has been asked for many times in the past. Personally I'm not a great advocate of that as I see no point in presenting a list of movies I can't watch, but I understand why some want it, and a switch would satisfy both camps.

Yes I agree, but then why since the new Z9X 8K do I have this problem?? I even changed all my cables to category "7" and my switch to a CISCO latest model..........and still this unpleasant problem!!

    I have no idea.

All I can tell you is I've never experienced it.

I have 3 NAS drives as 3 sources, all are set to sleep after a certain amount of time, so if I'm watching a movie from one, by the time it's finished, the other two drives will be asleep and my posterwall is rock solid because although the drives are asleep, the NAS box itself is still available on the network.

Still had stuttering and truehd audio dropout’s and lip syncing errors after all the firmware updates so decided to do a full system reset following the guidelines of disconnecting all ext hard drives an internal drives and now it’s perfect no stuttering or dropouts.

Yeah my wall will just randomly crash and all the hard drives will vanish then reappear after about 20 seconds, and sometimes when I come out of a film or tv show it takes me back to the root menu and when I load the home theater app the hard drives have vanished as have all the movies.

Mine is also connected to a Synology nas but I have had zidoo and Zapitti/Rvolution players for years and this has never been an issue before the latest firmware update.

Will this fit and work okay in the player (and a Z2000Pro)?

Seagate IronWolf Pro, 16 TB, NAS Internal Hard Drive, CMR 3.5 Inch, SATA 6 Gb/s 7,200 RPM, 256 MB Cache, for RAID Network Attached Storage, 3 years Rescue Services, FFP (‎ST16000NE000)

    Many thanks.
