I updated and the equalizer has a problem; when it's active, changing the song is deactivated and you always have to reactivate it. It's a bug. Check. Thank you.

I also have 2nd gen. but EQ works fine. I only listen to TIDAL.

After upgrading to 1.4.32 dmp-a8 does not play CUE files and does not recognize them when scanning.
Also tracks order is incorrect with names without leading zero (1, 10, 11, 2, 3...)

When I choose shuffle in the app under music-library, my DMP A6 only plays one random song and then stops. Shouldn't it play continuous?

 

My A10 is still on 1.4.01 and it says it's the current version! I hope the MANY bugs have been sorted in the new FW, as these 'players' are FULL of them! The web interface (192.168.xx:9587) for uploading music is a joke! WHY can we only transfer files, not folders??? Tranferring THOUSANDS of files one at a time is ridiculous - EVERSOLO (Kim), WAKE UP! Even then, it will transfer several yet all of a sudden it will not transfer one - WHY?? Similar size, same Flac format, yet it barfs on the occasional file. Even then, some of the transerred files are greyed out on the M.2 when I try them and it says current file format is not supported, even MP3! It's a mess. Also, when I use the player to tranfer using SMB from PC to M.2, WHY can't we CHOOSE to copy to the inserted USB stick, or onboard storage?? Even using the 'Transfer' section, where one can choose a location, when one goes to do that, it ALWAYS sends the files to the M.2! Talking about the 64GB of internal storage; I copied several dozen files to it, when I was presented with the error msg saying 'no more space', yet when I look on the player, there's >40GB free space in there! So why the 'no space left msg'??
I've had VERY poor 'support' from Eversolo (Zidoo), especially from Mindy, who hasn't answered any of my questions.
The owners manual is also extremely inadequate, and shows very little beyond basic operation, and is in serious need of a complete re-write, IMO.

Is ANYONE at Eversolo (Zidoo) going to respond to people's questions here, or is this fotum a complete waste of time? Should we use a dedicated Eversolo forum, rather than a Zidoo forum to make suggestions/complaints?

I have MANY suggestions as to how to improve the interface. eg. to add a single track to a playing list - to create a playlist - to choose which device to copy track to, rather than just to the SSD - to fix the absolutely awful web interface, which is broken and useless (WHY can't we add a folder???) etc etc. Get someone to operate one of these fully, THEN re-write the user manual, as it's completely inadequate, beyond basic operation, and does not befit quality items like these.

Looking at some of the comments here regarding the FW 'update', I don't think I'll bother. Most of the 'updates' in .30 are just visual 'padding', with none of the more serious failings addressed. The web interface being one of the biggest jokes, on us! Copying files under SMB also needs a re-work, as we can only copy to the internal M.2 (SSD), and not to the internal RAM or any USB device attached.
