New firmware v1.3.0 beta version for ZIDOO X8 released

With same soc, the firmware is technically applicable to x8, x9s & x10.
Unless the commercial strategy of Zidoo privilegiate rich buyers.

I hope all future firmwares will be deployed on X8 as well ...

 

Updates :

Defects :
- audio dropouts linked to Ycbcr4:4:4 output with deep color actived => Widely known problem on soc RTD1295 (check Kodi forum for example).
- bluray menu still not work for most of my iso files (when it works, browsing is slow comparing to an AMLogic box with Vidon) => might be solved in 1.4.2 firmware
- external subtitle delay => might be solved in 1.4.2 firmware
- when pause, video play again after few seconds automatically => happens when play/pause button is pressed, not when the ok button is pressed

Features request :
- remove the 3 sec subtitle offset limitation => might be solved in 1.4.2 firmware
- do not play automatically video after subtitles download or make the menu disappear immediately
- when plugged-in remain on standby mode

Questions :
can we affect behaviours to the remote control buttons that would work with the external player ?
