Hello Zidoo Team, According to some members of my discussion board, the bluetooth mouse does not work with the X8/X9S, The mouse and zidoo are paired but no pointer appears on screen. have nice day OlivierQC
As said. My Logitech Anywhere MX 2 works until I turn the box off. Then I have to delete the mouse from the list (forget), and go through the pairing process again. CEC is on. My box turns off when I turn of the TV.
Same issue with a HP Z6000 (working well with X9) - paired and connected correctly (provided batteries are brand new) but no pointer on the screen - after reboot of the X9S the mouse is still paired and connects again automatically, but no pointer
Thank you - thank you.....my mother thank you, my wife thank you for experiencing exactly the same X9S Bluetooth problem I have posted here over a week ago with the same Logitech Anywhere 2 model. I have a Bluetooth 3.0 mouse that works fine, but the Anywhere 2 mouse is Bluetooth 4.0, so I am not sure if 4.0 talks double dutch to firmware that is base on 3.0? Anyway, purpose of me wanting to use Anywhere 2 mouse is to reduce my mouse down to one, so I definitely want that fix before contemplating X8 with USB connection on the left to match my TV
I believe MO884 JETech is a Bluetooth 3.0 mouse.......would be interesting to know if all the issues are with Bluetooth 4.0, and not 3.0 or earlier
Hi. I received my x9s today and i have the same problem. The player shows that I am connected but I dont see anywhere the pointer. The bluetooth mouse i have is the Logitech M555b.
Hi, is there a plan to fix this Bluetooth issue with the Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse in the next firmware update?
How about the problem now ? I have upgrade to v1.2.11 firmware, but the problems still occur. I use the B.O.W bluetooth mouse.
