Zidoo Z9x and X20 Pro with Kodi 20

I am using Kodi 20.1. And use 2 add-ons written by Vietnamese coders to stream from fshare which is a storage server in Vietnam.

I wrote additional command in playercorefactory in kodi to be able to use Zidoo player and it works pretty well and is stable on zidoo Z9X.

But when I use those on X20 pro android 7 build v2.3.88 the Zidoo player doesn't work.

Is there any way to use that player on X20 pro?

Ok, tested - are you sure that you don't mean that it works on the X20 and not the Z9x? Only ask, as this method no longer works on the 1619DR based players, but I'm pretty sure it works on the 1296 players, of which the X20 pro is one of them.

I tested on my z1000pro, which is basically the same hardware as the Z9x, and I can confirm that is does not work (we've been trying to find a way to call the Zidoo player for stock Kodi for some time now).

Others that might know more may chime in.

At first, I thought that the 2nd video must have been using the kodi internal player, but you an see it's using the Zidoo player, so I have no idea what's going on here, as I tried your playercorefactory and when it tries to call the Zidoo player it fails and generates an error, so no idea how/why it's working your end on the Z9x.... @Markswift2003 any ideas?

 

Both videos I use kodi and both call zidoo player to play the file. my playercorefactory file is just commands to call player com.android.gallery3d to play the file. But on x20 pro it doesn't work, on z9x you've seen the video, it works fine and uses full functionality including VS10 mapping

Now, this is curious.....what you have emailed works using the Zidoo Internal player for streaming content on my Z1000pro, but not local.....bizzare....will dig deeper.
