x10 - NO ZDMC in new device and even after reset - 1.4.16

Does anybody know why it is so and what to do?

I installed from apk and works, however that is very strange it does not appear after full reset

 

I have to disagree here. It matters
Why when you reset it, ZDMC doesn't reappear. Why should we have to reinstall it. Why Zidoo doesn't fix this bug?
Some people don't even know what is an apk, don't even know how to install things. Why it's people responsibility to do it?

ZDMC was not on my device when I got it new. It's still not since I haven't installed it. Haven't really looked into apks.

 

it's weird, when you start the box for the first time, after a few seconds you have a pop up at the bottom of the screen that indicates that zdmc is now installed.
