V12 remote?

I got a Z9X Pro and are using the remote that was included with it.

Is the V12 that much better? Worth getting?

 

It's way better. Faster because of the Bluetooth and automatic back light.

 

What the version of the included remote?

 

It's just a plain remote. I dont think it has a version. Only the premium remotes have versions.

V11 - has a backlight but is not motion activated like the v12 and is IR only.

 

although the Bluetooth is the biggest feature of the V12 it makes a lot faster

Got it today. So far, it seems great. Love the BT and the auto light.

 

I just bought the V12 remote to my Z20 Pro and love it! The remote that comes with the player isn´t bad at all but i prefer to have bluetooth connection in addition to IR. Makes the connection more stable and feels faster too. The automatic backlighting is also a nice feature.

My Z10 Pro stopped working, and I need a replacement. But where should I buy it from? The official Zidoo website? Are these the correct links?

I live in Europe (Spain), and I don't want to pay big shipping fees.

Regarding the 2 versions of the remote, V10 mini and V12, is there a comparison and review of both anywhere? It seems the V10 version is enough, but I want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Shouldn't ordering a replacement remote be simpler and easier?

 

Just a quick update, I mailed the German shop, but didn't get any reply.
I got a reply from zidoo.tv yesterday, and I ordered the V12 remote, it should arrive here in 2 or 3 weeks. The shipping fee is $5.

 

Is it going via the moon??

 

I have no idea, I didn't ask.
I'm guessing it will be shipped from China (?), and go through several European countries, before arriving here in Portugal.

 

Last delivery I had from Zidoo in Shenzhen took 48 hours to the UK.

 

It's possible only if the good was already at UK and after the customs clearance...

 

Maybe it was more like 60 hours, but it left Shenzhen on the evening of day 1 and arrived with me on day 3.
