output 23Hz or 24Hz ???

when I have movies only in 23,976Hz , what output should I use ? cause this is confusing

 

23Hz is 23.976fps. They just making it short. Why don’t you use automatic resolution and refresh rate setting? It works for all.

What I do is putting the default to 23 Hz and use auto for other frame-rates. This way the switching is mostly avoided.
