Is it possible booting different os via sd card?

Hello, I tought to use X10 as NAS, so is it possible install an nas os to boot from sd card? Thanks

 

the nas os is already installed, x10 has dual os android and openwrt that boots when the box starts, just acces the box local ip trough a browser to get to the openwrt interface

 

with 2.0.25 fw, the openwrt shared folder doesn t appear anymore in lan
