    hi, :)
i have installed ZDMC 17.6.1 on my X20.
    Now i want to play High-Res flac 24bit/192kHz ,
but the HDMI-OUT gives only PCM 48kHz to my Yamaha AVR.
    I have activated "Passthrough".
What can/must i do to play High-Res files nativ?

Won't work as KODI uses the standard Android drivers hence 48 kHz always. RAW won't help here.

You can use alternative players APP's like USB Audio Player Pro or Onkyo HF player. Agree scraping is still crap and Folder mode not included with Music Player 3.0 bundled, but progress is made. Sound is now OK though (almost for SACD sources).

This is for using an USB DAC but 24-bit 192 kHz works also via HDMI RAW output as asked for.
Look under X20 Pro for experiences with that.

Android is rooted and via kodi / ZDMC we can not 192kHz get forward to hdmi as the music player from zidoo does ?
Zidoo music player can do this under Android.
How can we use this with Kodi / ZDMC ?

....same result from me: No matter what Hires Format is played. Kodi always gives out PCM 48kHz.

I would assume this is a global setting of the music player. The "passthrough" option seems to be limited to the Video Player.
