Sorry I can't help you. I am surprised that it does not work, but maybe boot-loaders are slightly different for X9S and X10 as specifically the front display is different. Only Zidoo can tell us if this is the case!
have you tried first with the image in this site https://www.zidoo.tv/Support/guide/guide_target/R94kckcly39KKmVViAFMcQ==/guide_faq/CN6lY0XMyIg=.html it was not working, but it might be able to flash boot loader so you can flash with the newer working image
so you tried this one ? http://www.mediafire.com/file/qzl6669yum6hn2g/install-X10-v1.4.4-usb.zip MD5 of zip file:ddf93e90071262fef0809b5434bc7ce8 MD5 of img file:3845274590fe666c9ff62dd3bba6060b did you check the MD5 for the .img ?
its a program man. http://www.winmd5.com/ . You select the .img file. and it checks if the file MD5 is the same as this one: 3845274590fe666c9ff62dd3bba6060b . This is easy to do, if you have problems with this, than it's no wonder you have problems flashing the box, i suggest getting a friend that is good with PC's to help you flash the box. Instructions are easy and clear.
damn man, why spend money on a Mac ? ill never understand that. http://osxdaily.com/2009/10/13/check-md5-hash-on-your-mac/ see this. Here is a video of it
Last reply: For all (must be the majority) which don't understand all the essential technical stuff or don't feel comfortable doing so, wait for the OTA automatic updates made available via the network and only apply those. I know they lag behind considerably, but it saves you from a lot of aggravation too.
