online trailers are still not working properlly

 

Ya, I could never figure out why there is a weather app even featured on this device? And the info it provides is really pretty generic....Why wouldn't you use your phone to get much more concise info on its app? And disappointing that online trailers haven't been fixed yet. It's just nice to pop on the trailer as you are getting settled in and getting refreshments ready for a movie when I am watching with others. But for just watching by myself, I don't need to download and save trailers on all my movie files, but I guess I may have to make it part of my "procedure" when ripping and transferring over movies now...

 

Using TVDB as the priority scanner for TV shows is completely broken. This was from a brand-new source, over SMB.






Using "Intelligent" in the source for scrapping(TV), did some matching, but still left over 1000 episodes unmatched.

the pause audio delay seems a little better
ie tv epis which in .75 f/w had a 13 sec audio delay after a pause ( but not when ff rewind) is down to only 5-6 secs audio delay now

The problem with not showing all contents of .sub .idx external subtitle files is still there (not that I hoped it will get solved, since it's there since day 1 ;-)).

Solution is to change to .srt or embed the sub files via MKVToolnix

 

No need, it will read all settings automatically.

 

what is with the 21:9 mode it´s going only if you play Files it´s not going if you play ISO.

 

Add to that HDMI-CEC not even mentioned.
The volume up and down buttons are useless when audio is sent raw to an AVRV because HDMI-CEC is still now working.
Interestingly, the power on and off does work ok, this means this is a clear bug that is not looked at.

Please consider this. Volume up and down buttons do not work at all when sending raw audio to AVR.

But come on, volume buttons not working? Seriously?
The whole purpose to buy these boxes is to enjoy audio via a AVR and proper video reading for TVs. Volume buttons useless on remote. This is basics and must work.

Volume via HDMI-CEC works with :
Vero 4K+
Apple TV 4K

Doesn't work with:
Zidoo Z9X

 

In v6.3.88 software ; There is an error in the use of Home Theater 4.0 !!!

When Turkish language is selected, All-Movies and TV option cannot be entered on the Home screen.

Should be fixed...
