In my Zidoo X9S after latest update 2.1.42 setting icon is missing, what is that & how I can get this setting Icon back ?

Have you lately taken a SERIOUS look at the Zidoo forum? SPAMS,SPAMS, SPAMS, SPAMS on every page all over the place. This forum is plagued with spams. I'd like to know if Zidoo is going to do something about these spams on the forum. It's not even enjoyable to come on this Zidoo forum anymore.

The pip function offered by the zidoo x9 device can be invoked by pressing the record button on the remote , however i want it to start as soon as i start my device without pressing the record button , could some one please tell me how to acheive it, thankyou .

Dear support, I tried few A/V cables to connect X5 to an "old" Tv (without hdmi) but they doesn't work. I read that there isn't a standard on "4 pin jack" layout and even the lenght and size of its tip can be different...Can I buy a working A/V cable from Zidoo? Or can you please tell me where can I buy a cable compatible with Zidoo X5? Thanks in advance,
