Half of the screen gets distorted when streaming online media

This video can be played normally on the PC using Potplayer, as well as on my old Z9x.

 

See what you mean. Plays fine on PC but not on Z9X 8K. I can't explain it. Maybe @Markswift2003 can cast some light on this?

Yes, it’s an encoding compliance issue. In other words a dodgy file.
But a sample has been sent to see if anything can be done.

 

It's only a part of the IPTV channel, the .m3u8 contains a lot of .ts file, I just copy one of them. All of the files are like that, and only z9x8k has the issue. It's fine on PC, on mobile phone and z9x.

 

Players have different tolerances for non compliance.
