    Apparently they can't fix it
All in all I'm asking for basic things
To be able to play heavy Blu-rays without stuttering that my Dune HD Real Vision 4K Plus device plays without problems.
The second thing I'm writing for the 100th time is to support the language
And not like the situation now when I set the interface language as Hebrew
The audio menu and the subtitle menu are empty.
By the way Dune released a new version on 6/19/24

@Markswift2003 - any views on if the DR range will see another/last (?) Fw update?

    I will write something surprising
Despite the very poor support in the zidoo app
It is actually encouraging that zidoo is releasing new devices
There is a chance that they will still make an effort and fix the existing bugs

On the off chance the DR range gets another/last t/w update (same thoughts for the BPD range), perhaps the f/w could expose the zidoo player, just like is planned for the new 8k models? that way, whatever happens, at least the DR range can always use the Kodi playercorefactory. xml to call the Zidoo, and always have an uptodate version of Kodi as a minimum if users choose so.

That, IMHO would go along way in restoring some confidence.

    Just my 2cents.

I hope that they will fix the departure of older models (RTD 1619DR) with thoroughly improved firmware..
    The so-called leaving with a bang :)

In my opinion, 8K right now is not the real key point in choosing a player, but rather the whole architecture, software and hopefully firmware stability that has been lacking in previous models.

To make a clear way, there's an urgent need of new firmware such as Z9XPro .90;)

However Mark, is not correct towards those who last year often had more than 1000 euros for the UHD5000 and other models and today find themselves with a dead product that will never have support again! The seriousness of a company can also be seen from this! May Zidoo wake up and solve the problems of the Realtek players released just over a year ago. We're not talking about media players released 10 years ago!
