Hey everyone, since yesterday, my X9S only shows a GUI Prompt with „ZIUICool has stopped“ ( see image - only there it is in german) - I can only press „OK“ but the message reappears everytime. Now I wanted to factory reset, I have loaded the newest firmware onto FAT32 USB stick and put it into a Usb 2.0 port . I hold down the little button on „Restore“ while powering on the box. But it does not enter an installation, instead the Zidoo logo shows on screen and nothing more happens. What could I do now? Thanks in advance! ✌️
