Futeko is not a manufacturer, but a UK online store selling media boxes from various manufacturers.
    Manufacturers are Himedia and Zidoo.
You can easily check the information on their websites.

Futeko is a supplier not a manufacturer. And a very good one at that!

    Good luck with HiMedia :D:eek:o_O

I agree with you but this does not solve the problem of the lack of Play Protect Certification.

I'm really not sure why it bothers you.

For example: I can't install my TV provider's app because the system indicates that it is not possible to install this app on insecure systems.

I am confused why so many people seem to try and make this device do more than what it was intended for. It is not intended for apps at all. Hence why it doesn't even come with the G version standard as far as I know. Maybe it does on some. Mine did not. This is not a one stop for all needs box.

As @Unclejoshc says, this box and the software is designed as a high performance local media player and not a run of the mill Android TV box.

If that's what you need, an Nvidia Shield is probably the best bet.

This box should be a true multimedia center, but unfortunately it isn't. It's easier not to create the conditions for play protect certification and recommend customers to buy another box for applications and keep this only as a media player which, unfortunately, also has a lot of flaws, especially when it comes to audio codecs.

I want to highlight that there is no anomaly or technical failure regarding the installation of apps on the play store, what happens is that the play protect certification request was not made, a situation that is very simple to resolve, but which is preventing users to install certified apps on the play store.
