Zidoo z1000 pro black screen

Dear all,
I am playing a movie file today, when I set hdmi auto resolution, the screen turns black, I need to adjust it to Dolby vision and it plays normally, any idea what is going wrong?
Meanwhile，do you switch off the device every night or just keep it switching on ? I have set HDD auto sleep function.
