Zidoo X9S Reboots when watching large file movies

    If I stream a movie larger than 5gb (?) on my Zidoo X9S it will reboot on a regular basis. If I watch a smaller file move it behaves well. Is there any fix for this? I have used a cleaning too to remove any old files that may be preventing to player to operate correctly without success.
    Any help or suggestion would be gratefully received.

    What do you mean with stream (not local file playback)? Try another attachment method if a local file playback is meant (NAS, SATA, USB).

    It is posted in the wrong section as this is an older player (RTD1295 section).
