on another forum they also mentioned better playback of 7.1 audio with pass through. on github you can only download the sources not the apk file. i have send an email to zidoo why my box has 1.0.19 and if i can get the apk (ps is nobody able to extract the apk from the box? you can do that on android as far as i know)
i did the factory reset. kodi 15.1 was back again, ,hdmi audio output.. and kodi now indeed sees true hd! (still using both plex scripts to communicate with my plex server) sudddenly the hiss and clicks are gone too! testing several movies and demo's now... (weird enough a version of fast and the furious is crappy image but other movies seems ok) atmos light burns with the atmos movies and demo's (kodi exits suddenly at the end of 1 of the atmos demos) tron legacy ons dts blows like hell as i can see you need to play with the audio lag much more happier now. thanks for all the help so far guys!
Are there more tips? * can i install youtube from market and will it be playing 4k videos? * can i install netflix and will that use my uhd options?
Is 3D actually working in Kodi?(3d settings within kodi is not useful) it plays the mkv files but my tv does not get the signal to make 1 image of the side by side movies
thats not possible (only 1 hdmi cable to receiver etc etc) zidoo told that a newer version of their kodi will be released maybe next weekend
