ZDMC 18.8 doesn’t mark items watched

Wow. Thanks for this writeup. Looks like it's totally doable. I'm still hesitating tho because external players and watched status are supported since Kodi 18 RC5, has been fixed in other forks and I just would like to see it beeing fixed in zdmc, too. Maybe it's working in zdmc 19.4 - haven't installed it yet.

 

Thank you so much!I installed jellyfin server yesterday and immediatly fell in love with it. Ditched all kodi installations everywhere and deleted my mysql server.
Jellyfin clients on windows, ipad, iphone, zidoo..
On zidoo i'm using this fork: search here for "Jellyfin android tv app compatible with zidoo native player"
to be able to use the zidoo external player with direct smb paths.
