   just wanted to check whether it´s possible to connect an external disc drive straight to Zidoo Z9X and play the disc itself straight from it? Has anyone tried?

   Nice Monkey Well-Known Member Beta test group

   CD-ROM drives (SATA and USB) are supported and even play native CD-Audio from those.
   Obviously playing only unprotected content.
