    My Z9X some day just did not start. As I tried restore update, it did not work. The device still don't work. I have connected to PuTTY via UART and I can drive USB port and ethernet, but I am not able to flash firmware. Probably the bootloader is broken. Can you help me with that device?

    Can you boot to a U-Boot prompt like "Realtek>"?

    If so, try "boot r" with a recovery image "install.img" on a USB stick

    Thank you for prompt replay. Yes, I have tried "boot r", as well as "boot ru". Below please find the reply. I have no idea, what's next. I am just a beginner in the subject.

    Greetings.
    I have the same problem.
    A few days ago I made a hard reset by using "reset" button, I was doing the same operation on my Z9S device without any problem, but with Z9X the result is disaster.
    I followed all the instructions fully on that website link:
    https://www.zidoo.tv/Support/support_guide/guide_target/x0Yfq[ld]QEAzbeq7k9e[ld]3ulg==.html
    My z9X device cannot run and process the file on USB in any way.
    I have a cable-mouse. I connected it to the Z9X USB port to try. Red optical light of the mouse blinks once and doesn't function again.
    The USB port seems to be cannot perform its function and read the "install.img" file.
    Can you help me?
    Thank you in advance for your responses.
