Hi all, I have had my Z9X for two years and have no issues playing downloads sourced from the BBC. Just lately I am getting 1-2 second audio drop outs during playback. I tried three files of the same episode from different sources via Usenet. All of them dropped the audio throughout playback. Other downloads of UK shows do not do this, only BBC. If I source from Iplayer then the Z9X will not play the MP4, only after I remux it to MKV. The audio problem has started happening in the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts?
Originally I suspected the file, so I tried a two year old BBC DL and it was the same. The audio drop out was not consistent so hard to replicate. It didn't happen in the same place if I rewound the file. So after a lot of to and fro, I checked the HDCP. I still don't understand why it affected only the BBC files though.
