X9S Z9X 睇mp4 & youtube 無聲,點算?

新買z9x, 用了兩星期,發現以下問題想請教:
1. 用主程式播放所有mp4 （動畫) 有畫面但冇聲.
2. 在Google play 安裝其他播放程式去播放mp4,一樣有畫面無聲,
3. 在google play 安裝youtube,但播放所有影像同樣沒有聲音,

當然,播放mkv 電影 完全正常,有畫面有聲音.
我的播放器設置如下
畫面 :2160p50hz ,經擴音機出電視（4K電視,無hdr）
聲音 : 直通, 經擴音機（有atmos）

之前用海美迪Q5plus （壞了), 所有檔案播放正常,

請問各位師兄是否蕊片問題,有冇辦法處理,

Do the MP4 files have a PCM soundtrack and in that case is the volume turned down to zero?

Ok - yes, that's AAC audio so check the volume control.

The volume only works on PCM audio (mp3, aac, flac etc). It obviously does not work on bitstream (Dolby, DTS etc) so it's possible to get bitstream audio and no PCM audio if you accidentally set the volume to zero.

It's best to set Settings/Audio/Volume Direct Mode > ON

 

師兄,你講得啱,係aac 問題,吾係mp4問題,
（因為我轉檔由mp4 去 mkv, 但同樣冇聲音)

最奇怪的,youtube 所有片都係冇聲音,

我已經試過所有音頻設定,但都係冇聲音
包括:hdmi 音頻,音頻解碼,採樣率控制,
而且進入 其他設置/關於/高級設置/系統/realtek developer options/audio 和 others （hdmi rx audio format 由pcm轉去raw）

請問係咪有其他地方setup.
（我而家版本係v6.4.20g）
(是通过HDMI 2.0连接功放, 不是光纤/同轴连接)

我有試過按大/細聲,但係都是冇聲．

詳細:
在聲音設置內,解除直通才可調校大細聲,但係同樣一啲聲都冇．

我剛剛升級上 最新6.4.62g beta,
但係同樣不能解決聲音問題.

剛才試過,所有動畫file mp4 and mkv 同樣一啲聲都冇, 主要係aac and Flac,

最後總結:
hdmi 輸出冇聲音, 分別係 aacm Flac and all youtuble.

Ok - that's very strange. Unless there is something either wrong with the setup of the amplifier or a hardware/software fault with the Zidoo, there is very little to go wrong with PCM audio.

The reason that AAC, FLAC and Youtube are all not working is because all are decoded to PCM and that is the problem here.

You say that MKVs movies work so I assume that bitstream is working.

If you are sure the amplifier is set up correctly to receive PCM audio, I think my next step would be a factory reset.

 

剛才試過factory reset, 但係同樣一啲聲都冇.
假期後我相信需要上去維修中心,連同usb手指給他們測試一下.

 

今日反覆做了幾次測試,終於知道發生什麼事了,

如果用光纖線輸出聲音,所有aac, Flac and all youtuble 都正常出到聲音了,
過程中,發現在音頻設定裏面,不論做出任何設定都好 (包括hdmi 音頻 -任何設定,音頻解碼-任何設定,採樣率控制-任何設定, 光纖解碼-任何設定),
同樣在光纖輸出都有正常聲音.
相反,已經肯定用hdmi線是不能輸出aac, Flac and all youtuble 聲音了.

請問大家都有同樣問題嗎?

It must be the amplifier.

AAC, FLAC, AC3 etc all work fine on HDMI

 

昨晚測試過,問題終於解決了,真係意想不到,真係擴音機問題.
由於我習慣了把擴音機hdmi畫面及聲音設定為auto直入直出,
之前部海美迪播放器聲音同樣地設定為直出,
播放所有影片時, 擴音機auto輸出相應的聲音解碼,無需要做任何動作,完全沒有問題發生.

現在,zidoo z9x 聲音設定為直出 (嘗試過其他設定,效果一樣)
擴音機聲音設定再不能設定為auto, 設定如下:
播放aac, flac & youtube 的影片, 擴音機要手動設定聲音為Dolby stereo or Dolby surround,聲音就正常播放了.
而播放其他mkv電影時,擴音機設定返回去auto, 聲音解碼也都正常自動認出所有atmos, all dts & all dolby.

(結論係要手動擴音機的聲音設定)

我的擴音機是DENON AVR - 2400H

 

Glad you figured it out but there should be a way to allow the Denon to recognise all sound formats.
