Some Netflix files (downloads, not streamed) generate green screens on my Z1000. I use 4K certified cables and tried changing color depth, etc. but no difference. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
Turn off (temporary) automatic frame-rate and resolution and retry. That is if the sound works. We have seen this with other sources to bypass these green screens problem.
