i have a red wd drive 12tb that i formatted ntfs on my computer and it detects it fine on the PC. when i put it in my z10pro i turn it on, it doesn't see the hard drive at all. it shows storage (internal z10pro storage) and that's it. Are there some checks i should do or am i doing something wrong? any tips will be greatly appreciated!
A WD Red should work with Zidoo as many are using these. Be sure there is only a single partition on it. No hidden or other small partitions as it must be the first and only.
