Hi everyone. Grateful for some thoughts on a weird issue with my Z10. One night it is working fine, the next it is not outputting video. There has been no software update or issue like a power cut during this time. Simply worked fine one night, blank the next. I've done a factory reset, but that has not changed anything. The front screen displays "Boot" then "Hello" then the time, so I assume this is not a software issue, but perhaps a problem with the main board. I've tried with different displays and HDMI cables but the result is the same - no picture. Has anyone got any suggestions as to what I try next? Many thanks for your help.
Try an AV RCA cable. Be sure it is turned on in Android Settings. If that one keeps working it is a HW issue for sure. It seems the SW is running fine indeed.
Sadly I can't access the android settings to turn it on as I can't see the menu. Will give it a go with the cable though. Thanks!
