I received my new X9S the other day. It seems nice. Today in the middle of a NFL game the screen blanked and the unit the unit shut off. When I turn it on all I get the time time on the screen (and the lcd display), it shows the network icon and 'charged' at the bottom of the screen then it shuts off. It is useless in this condition. please help. thanks, Bj
I should add that pressing reset the unit starts up, the logo comes up, the lcd screens says hello then it sits there. It does nothing else. The device comes up almost like a phone. If I press mouse button it says swipe up to unlock. I cannot get the swipe to work. That is why the 100% charger message comes up. I am so disappointed in this unit, it is brand new.
