X20 pro cannot booting

X20 pro cannot booting.
After I switch-on the power switch on the back side.
It show red LED, then I switch-on the botton on the front
X20 pro doesn’t boot as normally... how can I solve or even reset?

 

Never turned mine on from front via front button .
Use remote to power on unit !

 

The button still should work. Please try and report.

 

Same problem using remote or front botton.
Wait for 10 minuets without booting.

 

Then that dont sound good if you cant boot or power on from remote or front power button .

Its not connected to a surge protector ? ( should still work though )
Try from another single power source .

 

Another source show same result.
I don’t think it’s about power, since the red LED in front panel is on.
But after power on via remote then sleep, normally it should boot.

 

Just 3 weeks using, updated new firmware 2days ago.
I don’t know it’s concerning the new firmware or the machine.
Have to bring to support center to check.

where/how did you get your box？

 

I bought it in Thailand,
The dealer bring it back and modified something,
They told me that this lot need to add some part.
Now working properly.

 

what parts did he add?
Sounds scary if the player is delivered with missing parts

 

I don’t know exactly, it’s kind of bug fix parts.
My supplier said only in my lot, found in few case.

I wonder if we are in the same batch...
By the way, your dealer is good. Ours is very unhelpful and suck....
