X10 & Home Theater 2.0 Noob questions

Hello all. Had my X10 for about a week now and thoroughly enjoying. Had some questions that couldn't find answers to in the faqs and would appreciate any help provided...

1) What's the default child lock code for home theater 2.0? Tried 0000 and 1234 but no luck....

2) When I enter the children's heading in home theater 2.0, titles that aren't kid friendly pop up. At first, I thought this section filtered itself by the age info when matching but have noticed that even 18 titles like American Psycho pop up... How is it determining which movies are for kids exactly?

3) I've seen that there is a Home Theater version 4.0 in certain YouTube tutorials. Does my X10 support this and if so, how do I install? Tried updating from an APK on the usb but keeps failing... Maybe 4.0 isn't for the X10 model?
