why x10 update d cant see 4k on the display screen

hi,

i am facing a problem after update latest Zidoo x10, I cant see 4K in the mini display screen. the mini display screen only manage to see 1080 and HDR when playing a 4k movies.

I would like to know anyone can advised me or any solution for me?

 

I also have same problem. And I can't solve it yet.

 

I do not have problem with the VFD and the 4K icon

Hi, I have almost the same problem, all my video files are converted to 1080P HDR 60Hz(on display button are set on auto), only pressing resolution button I see the right movie resolution.
All are on auto settimgs including tv .

 

I can't see hdr during bdmv playback, little bugs
