Who do I contact for defective unit out of the box?

    Just hooked up my new X9 and what do I find? It will NOT accept a Ethernet IP address. Does anyone know how I can fix this or who I can contact for a replacement unit? WiFi works fine but I need the Ethernet connection.

    I have checked the cat-5(checked and switched), USB switch and router. All functioning normally.

    Hello, check the wired network interface normal? Or assigned IP conflict with your other equipment
