Video jamming

    Hi, got H6 Pro this week :)

    Tried to play few movies/series from my NAS. Majority of them are jamming, no matter if I play them with defaut Media center, Kodi or VLC.

    If I play them on my comp (through WiFi connection), they work great.

    It seems to me this is a H6 HW/SW problem. Is there anything I can do or just have to wait for new firmware (btw I have the last one)? I'm actually really dissapointed. Old device (Xtreamer sidewinder 3 !!!) also plays them without problems... I bought Zidoo to keep in touch with latest technology but it doesn't seem so ...

    Hello, try to play through usb hard drive or ethernet.

    I'm playing over ethernet (Zidoo <> Router (Gbit) <> NAS) :(

    having the same issue, also playing from NAS over ethernet
    have this with all type of video files
    will do more tests

    also not able to update to 1.0.13 as the file cannot be validated
    MD5 verified, tried several usb keys

    I have the same issue. More videos (1080p 30 or 60 FPS) are choppy and jamming (with kodi, but also with internal media player). They're impossible to see. Sometimes there's a lack of 1 frame. PLease fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you
