QNAP demanding I should update their firmware. As an obedient QNAP slave I did so. Bad move! As far as the Zidoo and my PVR were concerned the multimedia folder on my NAS were unmounted. QNAP wanted to install 2 factor security! I guess every time I hit play I would get an SMS! Really all I want from my NAS is to look like a big USB drive. Anyway after a few cups of black coffee my brain's memory map kicked in from 5 years ago and I remembered the temporary user name and password that I was always intending to make more complex! nah forgot to do that... Oh well I do have RAID 5.
