Speed jumps Transmission

Sorry for my English.
Use "Transmission" for downloading torrents for movies, and when loading speed can fall to the lowest and rise to the highest. That is, the speed will not always be maximum or at least more or less even. Although there is a use of a PC then there are no such problems. What could be the problem?

 

Box the Zidoo prefix is connected via LAN cable, so the problem in Wi-Fi cannot be.

probably the limited amount of ram

 

Can this be circumvented in any way?

 

try a fill file preallocation , not sure if thill will fix it but only settings with some impact to speed i can think off
