SOLVED. Z9X Pro Force Switching to 4:3 Aspect Ratio When Playing 3D Material. Will Not Switch Back.

3D was working great on my Z9X Pro but as of now it will only play 3D in a 4:3 aspect ratio. Once I play any 3D material it will remain stuck in 4:3 and will not switch back to 16:9 even if I return to the main Zidoo menu or switch to 2D material. Trying to change aspect ratio through the options menu will not fix the issue. The only way to get the Zidoo to return to a 16:9 ratio once this happens is to restart it completely.

I think this may be related to resolution as it only started happening after what I suspect was a resolution-related crash ...

Any suggestions? Things to try? A big reason I bought a Zidoo was to play 3D files after reading that it handled them better than some other media players and I'll be heartbroken if I have to give up on 3D with my Zidoo.

EDIT: Just in case anyone else runs into something like this--I solved it by changing my projector's aspect ratio settings from "auto" to "16:9." 3D files now play perfectly well on the Zidoo.
